Like any country, it has its places to avoid but .. on the whole it is a beautiful country, with generally pleasant people. If you go, then whatever you do, try and arrange to fly over São Paulo .. which is a one of the 'helicopter capitals' of the world, with some 250 helipads dotted about the city. Rio is also a great city to fly over.
Many happy memories from my days there.

I think you will find that this is an Ex-Royal Navy Sharks Gazelle, not a Yugo one.

LFL is an Ex-Yugo cab. There is always great confusion with Yugo Gazelles because their military registrations are similar to the serial numbers, and people get them mixed up.
